The 50 mana return is questionable as most Retribution paladins use 2hand weapons with slow attack speeds, but any mana return helps, especially with long fights. It works best if the target is stunned, or attacking the tank like it should be in PvE. That throws on some pretty nice damage if you can get them below 20% fast, especially, because you can SoC hit, stun, judge, soc hit, cast HoW, typically dead by then, if it crits, for sure. (It continues to cast during the attack animation). However, if timed correctly you can start the casting as you attack with Seal of command, which means after you hit them with SoC it throws the hammer immediatly. I have not crit with it though because I rarely use it, which unfortunately, in the end, makes it a pretty useless bonus, as said. On the PTR it hits for over 1,000 right now for me, without Crusader judged and I only have 240 spell damage.

At level 60 my HoW was critting for 2,900+ quite often, so I have no doubt the new rank, increased spell damage, increased damage from the new santity aura, and then 10% more on top of that, stacked with vengeance x3 (new patch ability again) it can hit pretty hard. That's a heavy amount of damage applied every few seconds. :) I am glad to see some + hit rating though too.ДЄlso, keep in mind they are Increasing the damage of HoW in the next patch, so with all the spell damage included I am guessing you could possibly crit upwards of 4-5,500 damage with that or more.
